About the rally.

600 km in a 6-Day Ride

This is the 20th anniversary of Toronto PWA's (People With AIDS)
Friends for Life Bike Rally.

I'll cycle through small towns and large cities from Toronto to Montreal.  This route is important to raise awareness in many communities that are touched and inspired by this bike rally.  For many, including myself, it is a challenge that is significant and meaningful.

Why we ride.

The challenges facing people living with HIV are numerous and complex: episodes of illness, numerous life transitions, discrimination, financial difficulties, social isolation, side effects from medications and long term effects from the virus – to name but a few.   Now in its 20th year, the Bike Rally has raised over $15 million dollars for the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation (PWA).  Visit PWA here to find out more.
