KIDS

GoBe Kids inspires kids with their stuff to communicate creatively & authentically.

Picture

Inspiring connections everyday.

We know that today's young people are here to motivate change too.  They are wise and compassion people that deserve to be inspired with the truth in everyday.  We're creating empowering communication products that focus on developing skills, attitudes and awareness for the building blocks that will bring about a dimensional communication for our future.

Our round-table strategy

We believe that the best approach to empower and inspire young people will come from a collaborative one.   This process is time-sensitive to account for interdisciplinary consultation, awareness of emerging social trends, and a trial period for market feedback.  This process is vital in developing a genesis of kids products with the ability to transform the way we live.

We have been consulting with an empathetic group of professionals who are contributing insight from various disciplines including:
  • early childhood educators and elementary school teachers,
  • yoga therapists, social & mental health supporters,
  • visual artists, music & dance therapists
This is a unique but exciting challenge.  And we're up for it!

Empowering 'why'

Our children's products have inherent objectives that are unique to them.  We have found gravity in working with children in the formative years as they begin the formal education process (ages 4ish through 9ish).

Our ultimate aim is to inspire kids be compassionate communicators in expressing themselves authentically.  These are some of the principles guiding
our kids strategy:

  • Dialogue - Creating human-to-human opportunities with children to discuss relevant social themes through conversation starters and inquiry skills.  These are non-invasive to religion or cultural beliefs but rather bring those ideas into a relevant reality to address challenges and concerns that exist in a child's life.

  • Dynamic - Incorporating tech elements and emerging trends, that can supplement or enhance learning in addition to a tangible product.   Create safe online environments that encourage authentic expression with social sharing.

  • Dimensional - Encourage children to engage as many senses as possible in an investigative or exploration approach including fostering intuition.  Develop ways to chronicle a child's journey of creative expression with journal tracking, personal challenges, independent projects and so on.

  • Divine -  communicate in a language that will resonate with today's youth in a way that is honest and compassionate to encourage an attitude of global inclusion and peaceful co-existence.  This 'language' is similar to a computer language or a spoken native tongue or sign language or mathematics in that there are smaller concepts to understand that can be applied to larger functionality.

  • Diverse - Offer foundational skills such as positivity, resilience, empathy, mindfulness that can be brought together in combination, whenever needed in everyday life that will inspire wisdom into adulthood.

What we're developing...

We've been collaborating with educators and classroom focus-groups since 2014 to develop unique and interactive children's stories.  We've also gained insight from preliminary discussions with superstar kid's publishers like Scholastic.

These roll-outs will encourage an authentic blend of tangible products with technology via downloadable apps, social sharing, online communication and alternative opportunities to influence story outcomes affording kids with the insightful practice of being proactive and resilient in navigating their purpose within their life.

NightOwl & EarlyBird:
Life at the Olive Tree

Exploring historical stories of peace, culture & olive tapenades

EarlyBird becomes a stranded refugee on a deserted island in the Mediterranean after a storm for the ages washes the bird and the banana yellow raft ashore.  The bird watches life fling out of the boat one thing at a time - a smartphone, a laptop, a tablet, two USB cords and a HDMI cable, a wallet and a bottle of anxiety medication.  The only thing the bird has is the chirpiness when nerves run loose and a beachy bed head, now with a grey strand of hair.

It's the wise eye of NightOwl that put the two on an incredible journey of allowing trust and vulnerability develop into a forever kind of friendship.  The unlikely duo recognize they have more in common than they have differences as they co-exist on an olive tree and call it their home.
Picture
They embark on an out-of-this timezone time travel trip that explores the cultural popularity of the olive as it appears throughout civilizations from Cleopatra's picnic basket to the markets of the Ottoman Empire, from Noah as he boards the ark to the tanginess that a Kalamata brings to a tapenade.   It'll become easier to see that olive oil can be made from olives natively grown in Italy or Syria or Israel and that it has more in common with Islam and Judaism than is different.  And at it's root (not the pit-part) is that love rules, positivity matters and peace is the point.

Roll up your sleeves to join NightOwl and EarlyBird as they explore a friendship build for the ages at The Olive Tree and olive recipes that'll make the Manzanilla dance its way into a seafood paella when they're away from it.

All of our kid's products feature interactive learning strategies, opportunities to track personal progress on a child's journey, a chance to expressly create and share on social media, and participate in a movement of building peace.  Geared for ages 6 to 10.  Currently in development.  Coming soon.  To inquire about participating in this creative journey with us, please email us here.

The Wonder Walls
A journey of discovering illumination & enlightenment

Picture
The Wonder Walls is an owl's personal journey toward enlightenment.  Children learn important skills of resilience, determination, intuitive trust, and perseverance throughout the story.  For every wall-like obstacle that the main character moves through and overcomes, he earns a light crest until he is fully illuminated.

Children have various interactive opportunities to learn meditation &  breathing techniques, explore creativity by associating emotions with the book's major lessons, and reflecting on the wisdom of the ages through positive philosophical quotes that have withstood the test of time.
